Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Item must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@Percugun.store with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
